The Thruline is a podcast about building 21st century capitalism and democracy. It is a space where we dig into the assumption that there are more commonalities than differences between those to the left and right of center in America’s political and economic discourse. To find that truth between different starting positions, we’ll have mature, respectful, thoughtful conversations on issues that are most important to having a fair, civil and engaged society. We’ll have these conversations with everyday people as well as world-class experts who seem to be on different sides of the political spectrum. These conversations will help us find common ground together, as well as to help us hold those elected accountable to our needs so we can move together to a better place.
